Listing marketing
A boutique agency was spending on physical staging and slow listing prep while its listings underperformed in search. SDEN rolled out Real Estate's AI staging and SEO listing pages, taking 12 days off the average transaction.

The premise
The gap between an empty property and a listing that sells is staging and visibility. Physical staging is expensive and slow to schedule; listing pages thrown onto a generic portal are invisible to the buyers searching for exactly that property. Both delays push the transaction out by weeks.
Real Estate addresses both from a single photo and a structured listing. This case covers the rollout to an agency that wanted faster, cheaper listings without a marketing hire.
Empty rooms, slow staging, invisible listings
Physical staging cost the agency real money per property and added days waiting on a stager's schedule. Vacant properties photographed poorly, and the agency's listings sat on a generic portal with no search visibility, so buyers found them late or not at all.
The agency had no marketing function to fix the search problem and no budget to staff one.
Stage from one photo, publish a page that ranks
Real Estate stages a room (furnish, empty, or declutter) from a single photo, and publishes each property as an SEO-optimized listing page with an interactive map. The rollout wired both into the agency's existing listing flow so no new role was needed.
Phase 1: Listing flow setup
Two weeks. Configured Real Estate to the agency's property types and brand, with the AI staging and listing-page generation in the agent's publishing path.
Phase 2: AI staging rollout
Four weeks. Agents staged rooms from single photos (furnish a vacant space, declutter a lived-in one) replacing the cost and scheduling delay of physical staging.
Phase 3: SEO listing pages
Four weeks. Each property published as a structured, SEO-optimized page with an interactive map, so listings surfaced for the buyers actually searching that area.
Twelve days off the average transaction
Listing preparation that used to wait on a stager's calendar now happens in the publishing flow, and listings surface in search instead of sitting on a generic portal. The average transaction completed 12 days sooner.
The agency retired its physical-staging spend for vacant properties and gained search visibility without hiring a marketer.
