The senior engineers
behind every delivery.
SDEN is delivered by the people on this page. There is no offshore bench, no junior shuffle, and no account manager between you and the engineers building your product.

Founder & CEO
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Leads the engineering positioning of SDEN and the long-term direction of the products and the partnership model. Spends most of the week on client engagements and on the engineering quality bar across the firm. Background in software engineering with multiple production launches and a track record of taking projects from blank page to operating revenue. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once the founder's narrative is approved for publication.
- Engineering positioning and the partnership model
- Client engagement leadership on flagship projects
- Final accountability for the engineering quality bar

Chief Technology Officer
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Owns the technical direction of SDEN and the cross-discipline architecture decisions that span the four domains. The CTO is the engineer the discipline leads escalate to when an architectural choice affects more than one domain, for example when a security control changes the data model, or when an AI feature changes the cost shape of the cloud bill. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once the CTO's narrative is approved.
- Cross-discipline architecture decisions and ADR governance
- Engineering recruiting and the senior-only hiring bar
- Final technical review on major client engagements

Lead, Mobile & Web Development
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Leads the software and mobile development discipline. Owns the engineering quality of the web and mobile products SDEN ships: architecture, design system integration, performance budgets, App Store and Play Store release pipelines. Bias for boring tech and for code that the team that inherits it can still maintain three years out. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once approved.
- Web and mobile architecture defaults
- Performance budgets and accessibility baseline
- App Store and Play Store release pipelines

Lead, Cybersecurity
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Leads the cybersecurity discipline and the security posture that runs across every SDEN delivery. Owns the threat modeling at design, the CI security gates (SCA, SAST, secret scanning), the OWASP Top 10 and ASVS bar, the security disclosure channel, and the incident response process. Coordinates with the CTO when an architecture choice has security implications that span domains. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once approved.
- Threat modeling and security posture across every engagement
- CI security gates and the documented OWASP bar
- Security disclosure channel and incident response

Lead, AI & Data
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Leads the AI / ML and data engineering disciplines. Owns the evaluation harnesses that make AI features shippable to production, the RAG and agent architectures we use, and the data pipelines and warehouses that turn product events into defensible metrics. Bias against demo-ware and for measurable, reproducible quality. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once approved.
- AI feature evaluation harnesses and production readiness
- Data pipeline architecture and dbt-based transform layer
- Analytics dashboards with documented lineage

Lead, Product & Design
First Last (PLACEHOLDER)
Leads the product and UX design discipline. Owns the user research that opens engagements, the design system that ships with every product, and the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility baseline. Sits inside engineering rather than alongside it: the same person who runs the user research watches the engineering team integrate the feedback. PLACEHOLDER: replace with the real biography once approved.
- User research and validated user flows
- Design system tokens shared between Figma and code
- WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility baseline
How we
collaborate with you.
There is no PM layer between you and the engineers on your engagement. The lead engineer on your project is your single point of contact and is reachable directly, by Slack, WhatsApp, or email, depending on what your team prefers. We share a Linear / GitHub project from day one, with read access for your accountable technical sponsor and write access on delivery, so you can see what is being built without scheduling a meeting to ask.
Cadence is fixed: a weekly demo against the live staging environment, a bi-weekly written progress note, and a real-time channel for the routine questions that come up between them. Stakeholder demos happen on the actual product (not on slides), against the actual data shape (not on mock data), with the actual engineers in the room (not a project manager presenting on their behalf). Decisions made in those meetings are written down in the same place the engineering decisions live, your repository, so there is one canonical record of what was decided and why.
