About SDEN

Forward deployed engineers,
agentic systems you own.

SDEN is a remote-first, forward deployed engineering partner: senior engineers work inside your repositories and your stack to design, build, and run production AI agents and the systems around them. The endpoint of every engagement is the same: your team owns it, and runs it without us.

About
Who shows up

The engineer who scopes it
writes it.

The engineer who scopes your project writes it, reviews the pull requests, and stays accountable through the support window. Senior engineers work inside your repositories and your stack from day one, and the engagement ends on a named transfer date rather than rolling into a retainer.

Sami Dzogang

Founder & CEO

Founder and CEO of SDEN, and the engineer accountable for what it ships. He spends most of the week inside client engagements rather than above them, and holds the final call on the engineering quality bar across the firm.

Before SDEN he built software inside large, regulated organisations: software engineering at L'Oreal, industrial engineering at Renault, and Thales, plus IT project management with Dauphine Junior Consulting. That is the background the work rests on. Shipping an agent into a company that has real compliance constraints, real legacy systems, and a real operations team is a different problem from shipping a demo, and it is the problem SDEN takes on.

He also runs SDEN's own agent fleet in production, which is where the methodology gets tested before any of it is sold. Based in Delaware, United States, working with organisations worldwide.

Why we exist

Why
SDEN exists.

Most organizations don't lack ambition about AI. They lack a path to owning it. The market is full of vendors who sell AI transformation and then keep it: a polished demo, then a system only the vendor understands and the client pays for indefinitely. The gap between buying AI and being able to run it is where most AI initiatives stall.

SDEN closes that gap. We are agentic engineers: we develop the AI agents your business actually needs, train your teams to run them, and integrate them into how you operate. The same senior people scope, build, secure, and run the system through launch, then hand it to your team on a named date. No black box you can't run without us. We take you from understanding AI to owning it in-house, across three offers: Training, Audit & Consulting, and Build & Run.

How we work

How we work
the short version.

A small senior team of agentic engineers. The same people from the first architecture diagram to the production release, across four deliberate phases (scoping and architecture, design and prototyping, development and hardening, delivery and support), each producing concrete artifacts you keep. Code in your repositories from day one, and a named date when it becomes yours.

The long version is on the approach page. The disciplines are not unusual: code review on every change, end-to-end type safety, security as a posture not a phase. What is unusual is that we mean them, and we have the codebases to prove it.

Where we are

Remote-first, global,
deployed where your data must live.

SDEN is a remote-first partner that works with organizations worldwide. We deploy in your region (US, EU, Canada, or wherever your data must live) on AWS, GCP, or Azure, and align to the regime that applies to you: GDPR and the EU AI Act in Europe, SOC 2 / CCPA in the US, PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 in Canada, set per engagement whenever the systems we ship handle personal data.

Region selection follows the documented, signed data-residency case; we will not silently change the hosting region or jurisdiction on data we are responsible for.

Who we work with

Any organization serious about
becoming AI-native.

SDEN works with any organization serious about becoming AI-native: a real decision-maker, a clear outcome, and the will to own what gets built. Size, sector, and geography are not filters: a fifty-person company starting its first AI training and a mid-market team rebuilding a core workflow are equally at home here.

We say no to exactly one thing: building you a black box you can't run without us. No staff augmentation, no body-shopping, no dependency dressed up as a partnership. The agents we build end up owned and run inside your team.

Let's get to work

Got a project worth building?

Tell us about your project. We work with a limited number of clients at a time, and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours with a first engineer's read, no commitment.
